Hi there! My name is Kelsi, and I am your Intake Specialist here at Consumer Directions. It is an absolute pleasure to meet you! I am a born and raised Minnesotan, from the Big Lake area. Minnesota will always have my heart including the people in it, aka us “Minnesota-Nice folks”.

A little bit about me; I graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona with a major in Communications and a minor in Psychology. I am a proud wife to my amazing husband who is in the United States Airforce. You can find me wake-surfing on the lake, spending time with family and friends, going to the gym with my husband, or hiking with our fur-babies. We have two English Cream Golden Retrievers, Oakley Mae, and Maple Anne.

I have a passion for cultivating and spreading kindness to others. I believe my purpose is to serve and love people in a world that so desperately needs it. As your Intake Specialist, it is my goal to support and empower you during your intake process. To positively encourage and help you navigate through your journey of self-direction. You matter, and we care!
