Learn about the Director of Intake & Training: Dori V

My name is Dori, and I am the Director of Intake and Training with Consumer Directions Inc. My responsibility involves coordinating the efforts of the team to serve our new families through their intake, orientation, and training process.

My past work experience includes many years in healthcare with time as a PCA, Lead Patient Access Specialist, Admissions Coordinator, and Social Services Designee. I have an associate’s degree in business management and a bachelor’s in human services. People are my passion, and I am forever grateful to belong to an organization that fully supports my desire to help others.

When away from work, I adore every moment of quality time captured with my amazing family. To keep myself balanced, I focus on eating right, working out regularly, and spending plenty of time outdoors. I also foster my spiritual wellness and our community by actively serving through church.

Without a doubt, the best part of my job are the people I work with and the families we serve. It is a privilege to be part of this organization along with so many like-minded individuals.
