As a passion-driven leader, Jacklyn’s desire is to inspire and guide CDI employees to learn about who they are through their unique strengths, identifying & understanding their gifts and striving to break through the barriers they have set for themselves. Making things relatable, realistic and fun, Jacklyn works with our staff in taking steps to see their full potential, uncover their inner light and guide them in understanding their Strengths. In her role, she works closely alongside the organization’s leadership team, providing support in company alignment, individual team dynamics and intention of priorities with the focus of overall employee development and satisfaction. Jacklyn helps to build and advance greater self-awareness, clarity around goals and development of talents that allow our employees to show up in the best versions of themselves.

e2grow is a digital platform and strengths-based global community that CDI utilizes to provide the tools, mindset, and inspiration to set our organization up for success. e2grow enhances the sustainability and momentum of continual improvements in key success indicators such as employee engagement, accountability, empowerment, and trust, ultimately enabling us to provide the best customer experience.
Jacklyn K works with newly hired CDI employees to onboard them onto the e2grow app and familiarize them with how to use the strengths resources for both their own and their team’s profiles. Employees are then assigned tasks to share how they’ve utilized and applied their strengths in various scenarios.
CDI uses the e2grow platform to help bring a common language to understanding our strengths-based culture, build effective communication throughout the company, break through limitations in day-to-day operations, promote a positive feedback environment, and maximize team collaboration and solution-based problem-solving.
