I have been with Cor-Vanama Solutions (Consumer Directions Inc (CDI)) for 9 years.

I had been working at an elementary school for 16 years with Special Needs Children and needed a change. I heard about this awesome company and applied. I was shocked at how comfortable I was from the moment I walked through the door. Then when I was hired on, I was a bit nervous due to I have not worked in an office setting for so long I was not sure I could do it. I was assured so positively that everything can be taught, and the training department was fabulous. This company sets their employees up for success and they listen to your needs and lean on your strengths.  Their dedication to the strengths of people is very prominent every day. EVERY strength is appreciated and cared for in this company. The team building is amazing and I have never seen that before in a company environment as this one. I LOVE coming to work and being part of a positive team!

Consumer Directions Inc. (CDI) is like no other workplace I have ever been a part of. When I was hired, I was told “CDI puts people in the heart of their purpose, culture, leadership, and everyday operations to develop each person’s potential, resulting in an engaged workforce.” I was skeptical at first, but this is 100% true. Within the first few months at CDI, I met with my coaching managers and the COO of CDI to address other positions within the company, separate from what I was originally hired for. I was told that they saw, studied and understood my strengths and who I was as a person. I have to say I couldn’t be happier than I am right now with my current career path. Yes, career path. I’ve had a “job” for the last 16 years of my life and this is the first company I have felt like I have a career. You don’t come in every day and sit in a cubical and clock your hours and leave. Prospective Employees, this is the best place to work! The owners and staff are like family! They are flexible, understanding, and nonjudgmental. At every turn, we are encouraged, praised, and rewarded. After having had many “jobs” at companies that did not serve me well I found Consumer Directions to be nothing like I have ever experienced (for the reasons mentioned and SO many more!) and now call this my “Career” and calling. I am happy and excited to come to work every day knowing that I am appreciated and that if I need help I will get it. There is no tolerance for gossip here, which is huge and eliminates negativity. The ladies here are beyond amazing, and I feel blessed to be working alongside them. If you want to feel appreciated and treated with the utmost respect, this is the place to be.

I have only been with CDI for a short time, but from day one, they have felt like family to me.
