Learn about your Intake Specialist: Hope M

Hello! My name is Hope, I am an Intake Specialist here at Consumer Directions Inc.  

I am currently working towards a degree in Business Management. Before coming to CDI, I worked in healthcare, the hospitality industry, and also in the service industry. I have always had a deep passion for helping people feel heard and supported, and I am thankful to be able to practice that every day through my work.  

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outside whenever possible. I love hiking, reading, attending concerts, and creating art that celebrates nature. Whether at work or in my personal life, I value growth, balance, and building genuine connections with others.  

Communicating with the families we serve and walking alongside them during important moments is the most rewarding part of my job. As your intake specialist, I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey to self-direction.
