DHS Announces Updated CDCS Maximum Rates for Paid Parents of Minors and Paid Spouses

On May 5, 2026, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) announced an update to the maximum wage rates for:
- Paid Parent of a Minor (PPOM)
- Paid Spouse (PS)
The updated maximum rates became effective May 5, 2026.
Participants and families are encouraged to review the updated rate information carefully and consider how these changes may affect current service budgets and staffing plans.
