Hello! My name is Katie, and I am the Intake Operations Manager with Consumer Directions.
I earned a degree in Health Information Management and spent 16 years working in the healthcare field before joining CDI. Helping people and encouraging independence has always been a passion of mine, so continuing in this field is incredibly rewarding.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my amazing family and friends. I am a mother of three sons and a golden retriever. I love lakes and rivers—fishing, kayaking, and simply being near the water are some of my favorite pastimes. Summer in Minnesota is particularly special to me, as I enjoy visiting the local flowers and greenhouses.
The number one reason I come to work every day is to help others—whether that’s supporting families or assisting my teammates. As the Intake Operations Manager, it is a privilege to support you and your family on this unique journey.
